Watched the Fallout series with some friends. We loved it so much I couldn't get past that favorite universe and put them in there x)
I'm not entirely sure about the horns, so I left it both ways.
They're not deathclaws, but their dna was used to create new and improved bilogical weapons, with the goal of making more intelligent creatures to make them easier to control. However, the humans screwed up again and the specimens got loose.
