With any military "threat" long since quashed (scattered crumbs of holdouts certainly don't count), humans really seem to have fallen off the bottom of the list of importance for the Newsons. :3 They have BIG PEOPLE BUSINESS to attend to now, almost any human serving some sort of purpose is already "packed away" in their pens like docile chickens, out of sight and out of mind. A non-citizen like this is just a leftover scrap, worth only a fleeting moment of novelty.
