And here we have Jabari - Lesedi's second mate, father of Tama and Malka, and grandfather of Afua and Vitani. He is also the bravest in Taka's Guard, and is loosely based on the cave paintings seen in the early season of The Lion Guard. After the show came out with official designs for those characters, I decided to keep using my original designs for a few reasons, not the least of which is that I find the show's designs kind of ugly. Besides, it makes sense in my Lion Guard AU for Kion not to know exactly what those characters really looked like.
