Fifi La Fume puts on an enchanted collar that gives her the powers of Mammoth Mutt. She doesn't seem to worried about getting a puncture.


What a creative idea! A collar that gives you balloony powers! I kinda did the same thing with the P-Quantum belt that Kitsune2 wore way way earlier, but it's still good to see some creativity from the requesters, even if they were not at all healthy for my personal life.
