Knowing the person behind her: she's an open character, basically they ask "Don't act like you have exclusive rights or you originally made her, and you can use her for whatever, even for things that make you a profit. You don't even need to make a direct credit." and her lore is also left open for others to play with and there's very little "cannon".
They've asked to stay anonymous, but hay explaining this is the least I could do for them.
And while for that last sentence: Yeah, for at least the lore we're playing with, those actually are her other weapons of choice where snipers fail. Currently her main preferences goes from: Sniper, Designated Marksmen rifle, LMG, then shotgun.

hmm i see, i was not aware about the creator statements or even the existance of this character, i thought at first this was from a game or a novel or even amarihel old characters but now i know that this belongs to someone with a bit more of creative freedom
as for the second yeah its mostly the joke of being nicknamed after a certain gun or combat style only to be completely the oposite
like being nicknamed the "surgeon" in expectation for sharp and accurate shots, only for that person to be a trigger happy with explosives

Yeah the concept of an open character was my idea, and the person who made her went with it. There were a few reasons behind it, but that might be another story. Couldn't tell you who commissioned this though. I just know they're probably shy too.
And yes, that is the joke. Its not a big laugh but it was kinda funny of having someone have two polar opposite names. With Angela meaning angle who are usually associated with peace, being place right next to marksmen which is usually associate with soldiers and war. Its a simple joke but it at least made me laugh.
