Diaper: Undergarment Item.
+ 50 to Charisma (Cuteness)
+ 50 to Stamina (Doesn't need to take a potty break)
- 25 to Agility (No more running, only waddling)
- 20 to Speed / - 30 when the diaper is used
Special Effects:
- Reduces your level to minus 20
- Running is disabled and walking turns into waddling.
- Sneaking turns into Crawling. Need an Agility check to stand up again.
- Water based attacks don't do damage and are absorbed by the diaper, until it reaches capacity. Full capacity reduced speed by extra 15 points.
- You get a charisma boost, but people will not take you seriously and want to pet/cuddle/take care of you.
- If you get adopted, you spawn in your new Nursery and have to stay there, until you grow out of diapers with level 1.

Diapers are generally a form of padded/absorbent garment, snugly worn around your waist and covering your pee-pee and poo-poo body parts.
It is commonly used for babies and toddlers, who have not yet been pottty trained, to prevent them from peeing and/or pooping in their clothes or on the ground. Generally, the will also be covered on the inside with a sweet smelling powder, known as "baby-powder" to prevent any rash taht might occur. while the baby/toddler either didn't notice he/she used their diaper or decides to wait to ask for a change, when they are in the middle of playing.
