Man are wrinkles fun to draw though, especially Calvin, because he has chipmunk cheeks and they're squishably delicious. Marya can't leave his face alone, it's like his mug is positively charged and her lips are negatively charged. They're drawn to one another. 8U
Yes, his mouth is smudged AS YOU VIEW IT NOW.

So his face is always smudged with her dark lipstick, everyone that knows them well is used to it by now.
Too bad they met when they were both pretty old already and only had about ten years together. Better than nothing, I guess. Marya being the younger one was not a happy camper though.

I really enjoyed drawing this. I want to draw more interaction of forms to show weight and pressure and that sort of thing. I have trouble with that, so that smooshed cheek makes me happy.
