For Day 15 of MerMay I decided to draw someone I haven't drawn for a good while on this page- Selkie, the sea rescue hero from My Hero Academia. I was kinda surprised to find out this goober is an anime exclusive, after all he's very entertaining, and he was so beloved he actually made two appearances in the anime, I loved the joke about Selkie trying to act cute to varying reactions, even if it does look like that joke has run its course. He may not be the most marketed hero, but this seal guy certainly captures the plus ultra vibe of any good pro hero.
