This is Haley, my new OC.
She's a remake of a character I used to have back in '09 named Ran.
However, due to some name issues, I ended up switching my former Glaceon-girl to a fox girl.

Haley is a fun character.
She loves to play around and talk to people about pretty much anything.
Of course, she loves ice and snow, but she does enjoy being warm.

She doesn't like anger or frustration.
Conflict just doesn't float well with her.
She's pretty relaxed and not too much of a pushover, but you might hurt her feelings if you don't calm down.

She's very caring.
Sad people can expect a hug from her almost immediately.
However, she's gentle.....when she feels she should be.

Her power revolves around ice.
She controls the negative acceleration of particles, meaning that she can make things grow cold and even freeze.
She also has ice breath.
Minty ice breath~
However, the most significant thing about her is that she can stop time.
Terra can slow things down to a real crawl, but she actually has to put forth some effort to stop time altogether (even though her powers are on a semi-galactic scale).
Haley can freeze time, but not for very long.

All in all, she's a nice and fun-loving character, mostly laying around and messing with everything around her.
Oh, and did I mention...
She's naturally giant~
