Because I've always loved that song ; nnn;
It always cheers me up, sadly tend to forget it sometimes XD;;
But I just felt like listening to it while I was making this, and named this chara after the song.
FOR THE FIRST TIME I NAMED CHARACTER AFTER A SONG. omg. XD

But yeah, this was a chara from my dreams few weeks ago. Wanted to draw it now.
Funny, that dream was obviously some sort of Digimon mixed with Angelic Layer thingy. XD And I hadn't watched digimon in years before that, and just latery, few days ago I started watchin digimon episodes so this acrossed my mind by that too. :--D

edit: and almost forgot, that wierd derpy thingy on her arm, is what they controlled their little ''pets'' in the fight XD
