Well I wanted to take a LITTLE break from prison stuff. *gasp* so here the story. Jack is a somewhat talented FBI agent who, since he was young, aspired to be a Swat Kat. He was about 10 when he first met them, namely Razor, and asked if HE could be a Swat Kat. Of course Razor said “yes, when you get older you can be just like us!” Usually that works and they’ll forget about once they hit the age of 13, but not Jack! That sparked something new in him, he made his life effort to be one of them. When the time came, he visited them, shyly, and asked if he could join. Put in a VERY awkward position, and after a LOT of pleading from thd sabertooth, the Swat Kats agreed under one condition: he passed their test. To their surprise, he did. After about a week, which they’d hoped would be long enough to make him reconsider. It didn’t. They had to, in much humility, crush his heart and tell him, there was no spot open. This devastated Jack, and he went home before crying by himself. In that moment, he felt betrayed, and angry. They put him through that, and embarrassed him, now HE would make fools out of THEM.

He made his costume in the likeness of the Swat Kate, to give the illusion he WAS one of them. From there ensued chaos. He never hurt anyone physically, but did cause a lot of damage to businesses and governments. However in the daylight, he continued his job at the FBI, no one knowing he was the destructive Saner Kat, making himself look pretty good for publicly humiliating the Swat Kats in interviews. He would “investigate” the damages and let the rest of the agency on a huge rabbit trail, further humiliating the Swat Kats to make it seem like they weren’t doing anything. And up until this point, nobody knows his dark side.
