I am doing some on and off worldbuilding ideas for Equestria in world of mine- basically my take is that Equestria is an isolationist dictatorship and Cloudsdale is the tech center there, tho it's acting almost like separate state, not dissimilar to Emperium of Man and Mars or IX and wider Empire
