Seems like he found Godzilla in the Mines and thought he was an Enemy. So he poked the hose onto Godzilla’s body and started pumping him up. And from that, Godzilla was now inflated like a Balloon. Seems like Godzilla won’t be able to terrorize the city in his new Spherically Inflated shape.
