Think you can do it? Think you can take him on? I don't think so. He's street, baby. Hardcore baller with mad skills, representin' Beverly Hills, yo.
Yep, that's right. Li Ho Fook, known to some as Grandmaster, is a first-generation Chinese kid from a ridiculously wealthy family, and he grew up in Beverly Hills. But you gotta be cool, y'dig? So, while Li took kung fu as a kid, he knew he had to do something cool to remain popular, and basketball was the most cool and "street" thing he knew of, and he went after it with great focus. His grace and agility, combined with cocky attitude quickly made him one of the best point guards around, and he loved the attention.
Of course, fake street doesn't mean fake skills. Li can play like nobody's business, and he can throw down some sick B-Boy and freestyle moves, too, if you drop a phat beat. And if you don't drop one, he just might out of the booming stereo in his 2011 Mercedes S65 AMG rollin' on 22"'s.
Li Ho Fook has entered himself in the 2011 FBA draft. Think your team can handle him?
If you'd like to see a bit more detail, I've uploaded a close-up in my scraps folder. You can see it here; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5659489/
If you'd like to know more about the FBA (Furry Basketball Association), check out
buckhopper's page!
And if you want to submit a player of your own creation for the draft, there's still time left! Just go to http://furrybasketball.com/draft/index.php?sid=64431&lang=en and CAREFULLY follow the instructions therein. Enjoy!
Okay, that's enough fun for my stuff for the day, now back to commissions. I had to take a break and get this guy out. Art does that to you.

Yeah, but FBA Commissioner, Sterne Davids, is FROM Street Cred.
No, really: http://www.mongooseink.com/Street-Cred.jpg

Oh, some do, and some exist as part of a supporting cast for one character or another. Each one I invent affects the others, in their own way, which guides my main characters development.
They're all cogs and gears in my big, creative machine. =)
Of course, Li, here, will hopefully be seeing some FBA development if he's lucky enough to make the FBA draft this Fall.

He certainly DOES look like a very powerful character...determined, yet such a magnificent jerk.
I can respect his drive and determination to get good at something - the fact he's great at kung fu is respectable - even though he's doing it for the wrong reasons...that and he's going about it like a jerk.

He's basically the anthro version of Lil' Romeo at USC. Except ya know... the lack of USC.
But def great character and a real cool villain, kinda like a Paul Pierce?\. Can't wait for Exen and Doug Day to shut him down, but who knows... he may have to buy a Range Rover to deal with those Pittsburgh winters :P

Oh he's cocky as hell, and he'll let you know it off the court. But on the court he's an incredibly selfless point guard, firing the rock off to his teammates when he sees a good opening for them to take a shot rather than taking it himself if he's not certain of it. He knows winning comes from getting more points than the other team, not from getting the most points for yourself.
His kung fu skills have also led to some very fast paws that snag a ton of steals. Wah's a thief!
I hope he makes the top 24, but I know we've got a ton of great candidates this time so anything can happen!
