first things first *slaps you across the face* its not shit....
second, i love what you did with each of their eyes! Leonardo's eyes are sharp but also seem cool and collective. Mikey's eyes are soft, but at the same time he looks like he wants to have fun which is always cute. Donatello's eyes are soft caring, its very refreshing. and raph, well just look at those eyes! they are sharp, confident, couragous, and perhaps at the same time a bit cocky.
all i got to say is. WELL DONE!

I'm glad their eyes get their personalities across, that's what I was aiming for!
I know in the 2003 series there were small differences in their eyes even though they were white. Leo and Raph had the sharper eyes but while Raph's were more intense, Leo's were less. Don and Mikey had the bigger, rounder eyes but Don's had a more gentle feel and Mikey's were rounder and wider open in my opinion. :D So, I decided to give them eyes based off that.

To be honest, this looks really good. The only thing I can say that looks a little off, is the size of their foreheads. Seems a little large for the turtles. But, if that's what you were going for, then it's just a matter of my own opinion against the style of what you were wanting to do.

I did a quick edit on my computer to try and help out with the head shape a bit for Leo, but also doing the same with Mikey for comparison...and you're right, Mikey looks off now, being it looked better for him with the larger forehead, but I feel that Leo looks pretty good now. I left Donny n Raph alone to add to the comparison.
So yeah, I can see why it's a trouble to try fixing it. But I'm sure once you master your style/skill for drawing, you'll figure out a way to make it look pretty awesome. It's taken me half my life to get to where I'm at now, and I STILL have room to learn much more. :D
