A metaphor for no longer having easter?

The sky is really pretty, the perspective of the hill and the executioner is really awesome. I really like the executioner's face too; the revealing eyes through the tight and wrinkled mask, and that he has no neck! the tree saying in the background is a great touch; the leaves pull the characters and the background together and ads to the loneliness of the rabbit's death.

I dunno id I thought into it as deeply as it being a metaphor....I just had a lousy day and needed to vent lol. Thanks the thinks you pointed out are things I really worked on with this one, I wanted this to be the best pic I could make and as such I experimented with a lot of things and colour schemes I never really had with pics I've done in the past....I'm really glad this pic evokes what I wanted from it

Well thank you, I've really been trying to work at improving my lighting and colouring in my images of late because I've often been a little conservative in both area's in the past

The sky makes me feel kinda uneasy with all those bright colours and that lower perspective of the executioner. I like to imagine that the rabbit managed to somehow pull a good cartoon trick to get out of that one. =P

Thank you, I often try to evoke feeling in my stuff and I like often have a certain level of intensity
