I did a Mermay, I guess.

Johnny as a merman: look at he and his bad self. He's probably about to get slapped in the face by some angry mermaid's tail.
My friend initially sketched this out with some particular ideas that I didn't pick up on while I was working, like the jacket being part of his body. This explains the odd way his jacket looks at the bottom. His tail fin was supposed to be like his shoe, but I just thought it was supposed to be angled in a way that create the perspective, which I tried to fix and it didn't quite work out.
Should probably have asked about the parts that confused me before going ahead with it. Will have to remember that for the future.
