It was published in 2004, I got it back around 2009 from amazon, back when it was more about used books (which i like) and not cheap plastic stuff (which i don't). The book is called "Creature Costuming: Making Mascots and Fabricating Fursuits" by Adam Riggs and its a fantastic guide which details a lot of old skool construction methods, materials and concepts. I swear by it! These days, copies turn up on the cool used stuff side of amazon and ebay every so often, one time i heard about someone who found a copy at a library book sale. When new, I believe its on shelves in some craft stores and at some conventions like ConFURence.
Rad! Thank you very much! I'll check it out and try to hunt one down. I know there are plenty of tutorials and such out here on the web but, to me nothing really beats to true physical piece that you can turn back to whenever needed. That sounds incredible! Whoever found that copy at the library book sale is super lucky, I would have never thought a book like that would be found there in all places. Thank you once again for the info on this gem!
