So I accidentally hit submit way too early on this.
I was going to say I made this by starting with that small pixel art marked "Original" and scaling it up 4x. I then did a lot of refining. There is a version I did not post here, that I scaled down for that smaller art marked "Halfway?:" and then did even more edits a few hours later to get the final. Again, I scaled it back down to make it match the original pixel art in size. Approximately. His name is Splash Lutran and he's an otter. I guess I could look back to see if I posted any art of him here ages ago.
