Here's Essie!
Tabletop-Adjacent Stats:

(Stat budget for these is 70, with an ability score of 10 treated as average.)
Moveset and Abilities:
Pokemon Species: Noivern
Pokemon Ability:
Infiltrator (Essie's attacks can strike a target through any barrier, with the exception of physical ones that don't originate from abilities/moves, such as a brick wall. Protect and Detect, as well as any magical barriers, are ineffective in protecting their users from an attack from Essie.)
Moves:
- Roost (To use this ability, Essie must be on solid terrain for the entire duration of her turn, and cannot move from her position. If something were to forcefully move her from her position, this move fails. When she uses this ability, she loses the flying type for 1 round or 6 seconds, and regains one half of her maximum stamina. She can only use this move two times in a single combat encounter, but an unlimited amount of times outside of combat.)
- Agility (Essie significantly increases her movement speed by two stages per use, to a maximum of six stages. After 1 minute, or at the end of combat if she is in a combat encounter, her speed returns to normal.)
- U-Turn (Essie makes a melee attack against a target within 10 feet of her. If it hits, it deals substantial damage to the target's stamina. Whether it hits or miss, she can then move up to half her movement speed in a direction away from the target. During this movement, hostile creatures cannot react to target her with abilities or attacks.)
- Tailwind (Essie targets an unlimited amount of friendly creatures within 30 feet of her. She and all creatures selected have their movement speeds doubled for 3 rounds or 18 seconds. She can only do this once per single combat encounter.)
Other Abilities/Ability Notes:
- Essie, previously a wielder of fire-based draconic sorcery, maintains a small amount of her power in her current form. As an action on her turn, Essie can target one flammable object (meaning things made primarily out of stone, metal, glass or other non-flammable materials cannot be targetted- additionally, living targets can't be targetted even if they are flammable, such as grass type Pokemon) within 60 feet of her that she can see, that is no larger than a 3x3 foot square. The object ignites, lighting on fire, and begins taking burning damage until either the fire is burned out or it destroys the object. If the object is destroyed, the fire dissipates and does not spread further.
- Essie has a fear of heights- though she's capable of flying, she refuses to do so unless it's vital to her own safety/survival. Since her species isn't designed to be constantly walking, her insistance on walking everywhere combined with a more awkward build causes her to move slowly compared to most other characters.
- Essie's increased strength and constitution make her highly resistant to poisons, sicknesses and diseases. She almost never suffers significant detrimental effects from them- this also allows her to be treated as having resistance to Poison damage.
- Even though Essie is undeniably strong, she is very conflict averse, and will avoid fighting unless as a last resort when possible.
- Essie, despite her power and stoic exterior, is incredibly prone to intimidation and coercion. Anyone with a decent amount of skill in the art of intimidation would have no difficulty strongarming her into doing what they wanted, and even those without skill might be able to manage it.
Other Notes:
- Essie strongly dislikes (and is slightly afraid of) Kanpe. Kanpe bullied her a lot when they went to high school together, and though Kanpe does have remorse for how genuinely malicious he used to be, the two of them still don't have a good relationship, with Essie unable to trust Kanpe and Kanpe unable to properly communicate his feelings.
- Essie really likes to make music with computer programs. She can't play instruments herself because of her awkward anatomy, but she likes to write and produce songs as a hobby, and is really talented in that department. She gets embarrassed and uncomfortable when people call attention to it or want to listen to her songs though.
- Essie frequently exercises to maintain a strong physique- whenever she's out and about in public, it's usually because she's going to the local gym to exercise.
- Essie works as the day-shift security guard at Maybillee's bakery. Maybillee pays well, though for Essie the amount of social interaction (especially dealing with the more rude or aggressive customers) makes any amount of pay feel inadeqate.
- The Pokemon universe does not have cigarettes or nicotine. The first few months of being in the Pokemon world were hellishly stressful for Essie.
