Ha ha, what can I say about this derptastic badge I've created?

So I guess Yark-Wark of DA trusted me enough to have a go at her space cat, Sparks, and this is the result. And she never trusted me to do anything ever again.*

Thanks! In Photoshop, using a soft brush, I just squiggled on some neon blue, duplicated that layer and set it to Pin Light style, then squiggled in white on a separate layer above the two. And voila! Electricity~

What do you mean by soft brush?

Standard fuzzy brush somewhere in the first row or two of the default brushes in Photoshop.
