Oof, I can't do those anymore. My fingers become unusable if I miss my bedtime by even one hour. Bubbles in the skin popping up all over that eventually turn into holes. Sometimes even entire patches of skin just sliding right off if the bubbles get dense enough. That makes the next day a pain. Gotta keep hands clean to avoid infections, but soap on broken skin is hell.
