Personal costume project for Halloween 2004. Sammael from Hellboy. Over 200 hours worth of work went into this one and it's still my pride and joy.

Mostly it's hand-carved upholstry foam coated in a rubberizing liquid. I would have used latex over the foam instead, but I unfortunately did not have access to any at the time.
