First piece of art I've posted here in BLOODY AGES ... yeah ... BUT I'm back, and so this is just gonna be the first of many, promise. ;)

Anyway, I've returned with a pic I did round Xmas of my OC Heidi, the Satyr demon lead character of my comic book project Dust Bunnies, here indulging in a little extreme sports action on the Northern Californian slopes, mid-Winter style. It was a fun piece to work on, and actually marked something of a step up for me, artwork wise ... basically from around this one on the quality of my artwork suddenly took a massive jump, like I just got scarily better overnight. I have NO IDEA how it happened, either ...

inks done with Pilot Hi-tecpoints on Bristol Board, the digital colours in Gimp 2.6 with my Wacom Bamboo tablet.
