We're back from a long vacation visiting our girlfriend on the other side of the country! While we were there, a local friend of hers offered for us to try out their fancy artist's pens and markers... We've never really broken into traditional mediums beyond just pencil, so it was fun to get a little taste of this stuff for the first time. I'd say I actually did a pretty good job drawing myself, considering we were doing all this on a bench with no table at the top of a windy mountain under sunlight so bright I had to squint, heh.

It's also fun that I happened to be the one fronting that day because of how different my tastes in color are from the rest of this brain. I'm surrounded by headmates who will happily represent themselves with nothing but moody desaturated colors and simple palettes, and meanwhile here I am being all like, "I want to dress like a fucking tropical bird".
