This is based on season 21 episode 7 of Family Guy "The Stewaway" where Stewie stumbles into Quagmire`s suitcase to go to France. It`s based on the scene where Stewie and Quagmire go to bed—forming a bond with them. So in this case, Cassie stumbled into Quetzal`s suitcase to go to France. And it`s Quetzal`s job to look after Cassie for the night until they return to Dragon Land.
