I always adore Penelope fanart, especially if it's made by friends who took their time to draw them for me, and here's another one made by my good friend  lokifan50 of Penelope showing off her British pride and patriotism, even wearing a shirt that has the Union Jack on it, made by Ben Sherman, a clothing manufacturer from her native land of England (which are one of my favourite brands next to Puma). Speaking of the Union Jack, you can also see it in the background, and the mist effects alludes to how the UK is known for its foggy and rainy weather.

This is very nicely done,  lokifan50! Thank you for making this, and as for Penelope, whether in the art or the cartoons, she looks so British, wouldn't you guys agree?
