I tried to develop a new "cell shading" coloring style to make it a little more cartoony.
In case you haven't guessed, the lifestream = myself... ancients = modern day humans, so the main bulk of my story takes place in the future.

The only similarities between this and Final Fantasy is that the words "Ancients" and "Lifestream" are used... but they are just words. The concepts behind the words are different.
Ancients = Modern day human who have killed Earth and need a new homeworld.
Lifestream = Myself... or at least my essence. The creator that forever watches over her creations. Critters draw apon the lifestream to produce "magic", so it's more like the Force from the Star Wars universe.
