Sorry, I didn't mean to say that your fear is... Well yeah I did... My girlfriend is terrified of storms. I love them myself! I tell her that she is cute when she keeps me up all hours of the night, lol

I like them when they don't dump hail on me, lol. I loooove storm watching when I'm down in Florida and can actually appreciate them. (It's too mountainous here to really watch them).

I live in Minnesota, there is some beautiful storms around here! You remember hearing about the tornado that hit a little town called Wadena here in MN? I live like 40miles from there lol! That storm was really cool to watch!

Bawwwh why is everyone scared of thunder and lightning?...well probably because it's dangerous. My dumbass goes outside and walks through it all if there's no tornado warning in our area xD My survival instincts are broookennnn

I used to be like that, but then everyone in the local area started getting fucking hit by lightning and now I've regained a healthy fear of it.

Lol i've been near hit several times. Hasnt stopped me. However the house is usually what kept me from getting zapped, all the trees around out house and half the breakers have taken the hits for me. It's like the storm is telling me to GTFO so it can aim at something else. O:

Came up with this one night while walking home listening to the tornado sirens. Big plateau, right above Lake Michigan......not my best experience with storms. Though I personally enjoy them...........assuming I'm relatively safe from tornadoes/lightning(bottom of a valley, near lots of big tall things some of them metal)

D: The sirens. Oh god, my stomach always sinks when I hear them. (Though mine weren't actually made for tornados so they hold other negative connotations...)

Man, so glad that my home town wasn't hit by a tornado(but still got smacked with brutal winds), and that I got to go home Sunday night and wake up Monday morning for a relatively...awesome birthday on a strangely calm day. Though, part of our porch got obliterated by the winds, and my ex-girlfriends car got totaled when a tree fell on top of it. Oh, and dad's BMW actually managed to get flipped over in the wind on Sunday before I got there. Relatively isolated and small storm, but a brute of a storm, I'll say that. Just be glad that you didn't have to do any FLYING in a storm. As soon I my plane took off and we're at cruising altitude, storm hits. My god, it's like riding a friggin' rollercoaster that had more twists and turns and loops than drop off and speedways. You do not want to experience something like that, trust me. Especially when you have some Scotch, a couple shots of vodka, and a few glasses of wine sitting in your stomach.

Unfortunately, I HAVE flown in bad weather (as a kid) on this itty bitty jet that had no right being packed as full as it was. It was a terrible experience. D:

Oh, well, at least you weren't drunk when you did that. I swear to god, I think I was screaming the whole flight. I think I was saying that the wing was about to rip off or something, can't exactly remember. I woke up just as we landed. I had my seatbelt on, and I was wrapped in a blanket. Can't say I remember wrapping myself in a blanket, lol.

Only thing I really don't like about thunderstorms is when the power goes out.. O_o
Meanwhile.. now that I think about it .. it's been a long ass time since I witnessed or was near a really bad storm like when I was a kid.. huh.. odd.
