For Day 5 of MerMay I decided to draw Undyne from Undertale. Undyne intrigued me since I first met her in Undertale, a detail I liked is that she makes her first appearance in a full set of armor, so you might think the red thing coming out of her helmet is a helmet plume, but no that's just what her hair looks like. Another thing about Undyne I like is that she isn't blindly trusting towards the player, nor is her loyalty unwavering like it is with Papyrus and Toriel, if you want her on your side you need to prove to her that you're someone with a good moral compass. But if you want to get on her bad side, in the genocide run she'll take on determination and fight you as Undyne The Undying, and stop the run where you take on the role of the villain in its tracks, and give you a fight against a true hero.
