Noah was born in Empire City to a Japanese father who immigrated to the United States, and an American mother, and lived a happy childhood, until when he was a toddler, his parents sadly died in a plane-explosion. As a result, Noah and his brother and sister were sent to live with their paternal grandparents. As Noah grew, he became a skilled hero and Zone-Hopper, having learned under the Man With Seven Scars himself, Kenshiro, and became the 65th successor to the assassin's martial-arts style, Hokuto Shinken. He is a member of Cyo The Lion's team of Mobian big cat and wild cat Freedom Fighters, Team Wildcats. Noah is also a member of the Guild Of Freedom, due to his penchant for stealing from corrupt government officials and Eggman Army supporters, and giving the stolen goods to the poor. He is in love with Cyo The Lion's cousin, Noire, and they later get married and have quadruplet children together.
