This is Izzi in her mid-twenties, though due to a time bubble that more advanced alien mages and put around her planet, when she finally comes back to defeat the invaders as well as personally kick the ass of Dysabene herself, she has aged while her peers have not, making it hard for her to connect with them.
On the final stretch of her great quest she entered the Omni dungeon, where she would find the emerald armor of Synthia, her gear pictured here, as well as the Omnisphere, an inconspicuous looking magic 8 ball stored in the very center of the dungeon, opening up only to those who share the blood of Synthia, the creator Goddess, which Izzi very much does, as her mother wasn't able have kids, which means Izzi being created should have been invincible without the interference of Synthia.
She would find the 8 ball and discover it's purpose, to speak with Synthia herself, learning her origins and destiny to stop dysabenes assimilation and consumption of humanity, and potentially all species.
