The Una, is a wind current of cold air that runs from the northern lands through the land and seas in a west to east direction. It is a cold dry wind and usually carries blizzards and fast winds, indicating the winter's arrival. Legend says Una is sent by Articuno, the cold winged god. The stories also tell that this God demands a life in order to calm the winds, but those who have survived the exposition to Una claim to have seen the god itself, although descriptions about the bird's size are not conclusive. Some say is a gigantic bird, others claim to have seen a medium sized bird.
