In October of 1929. The SS Milwaukee was heading to the east shores of Lake Michigan when a big srtom hit and water fill up the Ficker room and she slowing sank as rolling stock from C&NW broke the seagate and jump into the cold water below.
Now she underwater just two miles from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
God bless her and her 46 crew who died with her.
