I just decided to redraw pika-chan from ball (as shown here on the upper left corner of this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5031540 ) to something with a body. Anyways it's one of Omaru's servants and was given to him when his dad came back from the Jaune Continent. It was supposed to be a normal Pikachu given to Omaru on his 5th birthday, but hs dad was kinda clumsy and and dropped it in the middle of the street and hit by a car and just when it was barely just about to live it got trampled by a parade float. But luckily a scientist came by and helped Omaru's dad bring it back to life in a mechanically enhanced version. It has the same characteristics like a normal pikachu except for a few exceptions: it has a bladed tail, it can generate more electricity than the average pikachu, has some exclusive skills, and it can't evolve into a raichu if you give it a thunder stone. The bow and the heart symbol was given to it by Omaru to show it belongs to him.
