Neat. You should upload a screen of your final wireframe and bone rig. I always like to see how others accomplish these things.

i don't use a rig to pose this. for just a few poses which won't be animated it is easier to use the transpose tool in zbrush.

Here's a question; do you rig your models so you can pose them or do you make a new model from scratch for each pose?

hi, i use the transpose tool in zbrush to pose the model. this is much faster when it is not going to be animated and when there are only just a couple of poses to be made.
