A bit of an oldie but a goodie. Shadow is one of my first characters I’ve had. He is a dragon made of shadows and ruler of the Shadow Realm, a world that exists between every other existing world. Think of it kinda like the Distortion World that Giratina has, the Shadow Realm supports all of these worlds and gives them shadows, when a world or universe died, it becomes a part of the Shadow Realm. The Realm looks kinda odd if you were to enter it, it’s all different shades of black and it all looks like it’s in ruins, save for where Shadow lives, the 'residents' of this realm don’t really care about keeping things in shape as why would they? They are living shadows who only need darkness to survive. Yet Shadow doesn’t think in that perspective and so wants to keep his home in order. As for the worlds that become part of the Shadow Realm, through some sort of magic, everything about that world becomes recorded into scrolls and stored in Shadow’s archives, the scrolls can range depending on what all was in that world, some examples are: the history of the tribes or civilizations that existed, magic spells, creatures, and customs.
