Not sure what it's like outside of UK, but it's pretty common here to spray perfume/aftershave after a cigarette. Can understand if you're sensitive to smells because either way you're gonna have a strong scent up your hooter

Nah, smokers in here for some reason always act entitled to smoke and you are supposed to tolerate them. But I can barely tolerate perfume either. So I avoid these situations if I can.
