I fell in love with this pony when i heard that he could be based of Doctor Who 8D cause i love doctor who (espeicially the 10th doctor ) so i had to draw my pony in his face XD

Sugarheart is basically a mix of PinkiePie and Fluttershy, when she see stuff she likes then she goes insane also when she meets new people she's very shy and wont talk much to them, she'll wait until they start a convosation

Also i wanted to add the tie cause it makes him look 20X more cuter >3<
