Throughout his long life, Akbair the Second was known as a bloodthirsty and merciless general who led the already fading Empire of the Desert Anacondas to real prosperity, being an ally of the Sand Vipers, he managed to defeat the troops of the Cape and Hypnocobras several times in different battles, seize some territories and declare himself as the supreme defender of the homeland. Nevertheless, not everyone within the Desert Anacondas shared the principles and manners of Akbair, and therefore, during the late 660s and early 670s, there were assassination attempts by the snake’s associates in order to get rid of the dictator, in their opinion.
But as it happens, Akbair, as luck would have it, survived all these assassination attempts and quite quickly found the initiators of the assassination attempt, calling them to a “personal conversation”, and then dealing with them with his own hands.
Despite the fact that the alliance with Emperor Dakin the Eighth was in no way economically and politically beneficial to him, Akbair nevertheless decided to leave the recent grievances with him by joining the snake Coalition in order to defeat their common enemy in the person of the Yushids and thereby becoming one of the formal founders of the future serpentine commonwealth.
But membership in the coalition did not greatly influence the current war, only freezing it for a while and establishing partial neutrality between the recent enemies.
In the following years, Akbair continued his military campaign to protect and strengthen the Desert Anaconda Empire, while caring for his newfound family.
In 712, Akbair, being among the defenders of the Baja fortress, unexpectedly died and his death seemed to become a signal for the advance of the Cape forces with red vipers exactly half an hour after the death of the first.
