'Hey you!'

'H-huh? ...Me?'

'Yes. You. Here's some pearls, go get me some coffee.'

'Uh...'

For as much as Emily loves coffee, it's a little hard to get a hold of it from the water. A simple problem with a simple solution, grab some of the many pearls she can find in the ocean, swim up to the shores and get the first random person she sees to buy some for her. While a few have just taken the pearls, most of the time this works out very well for her. Now it's just the question of which option her latest errand boy will do.

‘…That’s it?’

'YES. so are you just gonna keep staring at me or will you just go and get my coffee?'

'Uh, sure...'

It's Mermay! Which means it time for me to wheel out Emily again! This time in a pic from  usagiforehead she's shown doing doing what she no doubt considers the most important part of her day. Getting coffee.
I think this turned out looking very nice. Emily looks great popping out of the water with her usual bored expression. I do like her tail behind her though, as well as the wrapping look on her top, it's a great look and I like how shiny and valuable the pearls in her hand look. Rich also is drawn looking pretty amusing, clearly he's stunned at seeing a mermaid as anyone else would be, but his outfit was captured rather well though from the back, with a nice scarf. The background is done nicely as well, with the the sidewalk followed by a bit of grass before the water, it looks really nice and gives off a nice impression of where Emily decided to pop up. Overal it's a great pic I hope you all enjoy!
