hey there! this is my half of an art trade I did with  rubbergender rubbergender of their character gyro. my initial vision was an idyllic serpentine sculpture of gyro made out of play doh set in an art museum. then I started thinking about those lengthy Midwestern stretches of concrete, roads, restaurants, office parks. with the images of Gyro i was linked I started to develop a narrative about a rare mythical creature trying to survive a third sector industrialized region by mimicking human artifice. hence: those inflatable tube guys. I had a lot of fun with this - thank you for letting me depict your character and for depicting mine (their collage of Dio is one of my favorites now go look at it on their profile)
