Wow, this is a tough one. I don't want to lose Arty. She's too kind. She doesn't deserve to be lost, so there must be another way to save her. taking down the tower would probably hurt Arty and profit you nothing. So that leaves either 2 or 3. Quite honestly, it would seem the best move would be to take number three. We want to get down the lab as fast as we can and if in fact Arty and others can be saved; perhaps we can defeat the evil lighthouse master by vaporizing the whole tower with a single upward arrow and thus destroy any traps it may have set as well as free any poor bound souls like that previous hero.

(I love the way you start each chapter with some intriguing hint about the physics of the situation, getting us thinking, and then manage to induce a state of complete panic by the end of the chapter. It's happened nearly every time lately.)

I had never actually intended for the guy's wings to be used as flight. I blame it on Gargoyles, back when that show when the characters were to heavy to fly, but could use the wings for gliding sort of.

But it occurred to me in the previous chapter, I didn't really describe how massive the creature was so people could figure that out.

Then again, this is the Dream World so even if I had, people might have just assumed he can fly with magic, and I suppose that would have been a viable option as well.
