You look at the TV, the villain alarm button, and the shoe closet. Do NOT press the villain button, it will trigger the alarm. The alarm makes annoying sounds. Put all of your footwear in the shoe closet. No arguments, no excuses, no exceptions, no ands, no ifs, no buts, no sos, no anything. Take your footwear completely off until you're completely barefoot and put your footwear in the shoe closet, period (end of story).
