I felt like drawing a scenario where if Yin (the Mizutsune) could go with Reiya (the Royal Ludroth) on her expedition to rescue her Ludroth from the Valstrax.
I also tried drawing Reiya in light armor (but armor is still hard to draw and I am not satisifed with this design).
Theres a few things I have say about this scenario but I'll put them into dotpoints:
- Yin uses a flute variant of the "Hunting Horn" cause it is lightweight and it suits him personally.
- I like the idea of making him still incapable of fighting, but he can make Reiya the "juggernaut" who can fend for both of them.
- He probably would also utilize "Bubbleblight" to efficiently evade attacks on him (and further buff Reiya).
(I could be using this to draw the actual "comic" but I got way too many ideas that I want to draw first).

Handy idea! The concept just reminded me of those demon/armor/health flutes or "horns" from the earlier gens of MH that you could bring in your pouch and buff the team, though were small like an actual flute lol >vv< also, great flute poses! I especially love the over the shoulder one near the bottom left! ^vv^
