I was able to lose a good amount of weight last summer so I was a little bit scared of gaining some of it back when we went to Mexico.
I knew I probably wouldn't be walking as much for excercise over there like I was able to here at home, but thankfully when we did go out we walked a lot! In the beginning and middle at least lol we slowed down closer to our return home.
But I was shocked when THANKFULLY my weight didn't change at all after like a month and a half of eating sweet bread every morning and night with coffee or milk, and ice cream almost every day!!
I'm very proud of myself and my body for keeping myself healthy at least, but like I said towards the end we slowed down and I actually gained two lbs when we got home lmao but no big deal. It's easier to move around and be active now that I'm comfortably back home -^^-
I actually lost another 6 lbs over there for a bit but then gained it back to my regular goal weight lol but again no biggie.
I'm grateful I can still enjoy the foods I love still and improve my health at the same time!!
