Lattan has been pretty crazy for jirachi tums recently so i whipped this up in 30 mins for him
fun fact, i knew of his art either just barely before/after i started uploading myself .^.

It turns out that the wish made upon Jirachi's permanent gurgly belly is tied to if Lattan is nearby! Jirachi can make wishes without worry, but when Lattan decides it's belly time, it's tummy begins to make gentle, low noises, slooowly bloating up on it's own, ready for the inverted Meltan to cuddle... Jirachi made him very happy with that wish~
