These fish folk are the spell casters of the Murkymen. Their spells are water based including creating spheres of water to capture their victims or to drown them and summoning tidal waves or waterspouts to attack making them an added danger when fighting the Murkymen. They are green and have tattoos which sets them apart from the other Murkymen. If you see them waving their hands, chances are they are casting a spell.
