He's one of my favorite villain / monster in Scooby Doo

even though much like every monster he's just a guy in a suit

as a ghost he is pretty creepy , a spirit in a glowing diving suit with no visable face tangled in sea weed and kelp

and I really like that menacing ghostly groan he makes
