My good long-time friend, known as Sarnith, got this as his Patreon reward from the artist, Zarry!
I love Zarry's work, she is an incredible artist!

Here we have his character on the right, Candies, trying to communicate with the "ever-blank-expression" Riddles (left).
Riddles is a telepath, but he can only project images into the minds of others (not words/voices) so his face never changes.
So instead of "bitch" his face is always "blank" ...meaning he has RBF... *technically* lol!
